Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and your keys.
- An account is for one person. Team plans add seats for other people.
- Your Capriole account is the same account you use for Capriole Quant.
The service
Capriole AI gives you access to AI models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Z.ai and Moonshot AI through Web Chat, image creation and the API.- Models change. We may add, update or retire models, and a model can be temporarily unavailable. If you turn on model auto-switching, another model may answer during high demand.
- Guests can send 5 messages a day. The Free plan includes limited AI Chat (equivalent to max 500,000 tokens a month) and no API access.
- Unlimited AI Chat on paid plans has a fair-use limit of 400 requests per account per day. Normal use stays well below it; the limit protects the service from automated use.
Plans and payments
- Premium includes unlimited AI Chat and 5 million API tokens each month. Team includes unlimited AI Chat for 5 seats and 50 million shared API tokens each month. Prices are shown before you pay.
- On the web, Stripe bills you. In the app, Apple or Google bills you. Manage or cancel your plan where you bought it.
- Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- API calls use your included tokens first, then top-up tokens. Top-ups are one-time purchases and can be used only while your plan includes API access.
- Creating a Team cancels a Premium subscription billed on the web immediately, without a refund.
- Premium from a promotion or redemption code does not renew. Active Capriole Quant subscribers get complimentary access while their eligible plan stays active.
- Web subscriptions are billed through Stripe: a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and a price change applies from your next billing period after we tell you. Purchases in the app follow Apple’s or Google’s refund rules.
Your content
- You keep ownership of what you submit. As between you and us, you own the output Capriole AI creates for you.
- You allow us to process, store and send your content to provide Capriole AI, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train AI models.
- Output may not be unique. Other people may receive similar output.
- You are responsible for your input and for how you use output, including having the rights you need.
Acceptable use
Do not use Capriole AI to:- break the law, or harm, harass, deceive or exploit anyone, including children;
- infringe the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property;
- create malware, or attack, probe or overload Capriole AI or any other system;
- get around limits, for example by creating several accounts;
- resell or share access to your account or API keys without our written permission;
- break the usage policies of the providers whose models you use.
AI output is not advice
AI makes mistakes, so verify important information. Output is general information, not financial, investment, legal, medical or other professional advice, and nothing in Capriole AI is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Capriole AI is separate from Capriole’s investment fund and its market-data platform, Capriole Quant.Third-party services
Models, web search, sign-in and payments are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or for websites linked from Capriole AI.Suspension and ending
You can stop using Capriole AI at any time. To delete your account, email info@capriole.ai. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, do not pay, or where the law requires it.Availability and liability
- Capriole AI is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any model will remain available.
- Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to a refund of your subscription fee for the current month.
